This is a lovely hotel with lot's of history and traditions - many of the staff have been here for decades and clients return regularly. The rooms have been refurbished, without loosing the charm of Penina.
On resort you have a great 18 hole Championship course designed by Henry Cotton, a 9 hole Resort course and an Academy course. You also have one of the finest driving ranges in Europe.
Breakfasts are a delight at Penina and there are options for dinner at the hotel or mix this with dinner in nearby Alvor or Lagos - GTAT can provide recommendations. The outdoor pool and the beach restaurant are closed over the winter.
